Land Purchase Price
Parcels are priced based on prim allowance and the total area of land in square meters. Our cost per square meter is competitively priced with other estates and much less than the average rates offered on the new adult mainland. To check a purchase price, please visit the parcel in-world and use the “about land” menu.
When you purchase a parcel, you will be entitled as owner and will be responsible for paying regular tier fees. You may resell your purchased land at any time.
To purchase a parcel, please visit it in-world. Then, at the top of our SL Viewer, you will see a ($) button beside the parcel name. Click it and follow the instructions in the dialog box that appears.
Tier Fees (Ownership)
Whether you rent or own land, you will have to pay regular fees. These fees are derived from the upkeep and IT maintenance on physical servers in which the sims run on and are priced to the amount of prims you are allowed in a region.
If you purchased your parcel, then you own it and will be charged at the tier rate. The price of tier for every plot is listed in the Land Portal and can also be calculated by using the Land Sale Terminal on site, in-world.
Landowners will be assigned a payment box located in the region’s payment area. You will receive a note with instructions after you report the purchase of your parcel to estate manager: Alterscape Monitor.
Remember, we do not require a premium account to own or rent land with us. The $10USD/mo you save alone equals cost of tier on a 234 prim parcel with us!
Rental Fees
If you do not want to pay the upfront purchase price of a parcel, we offer the option to rent on any parcels available and listed on our Land Portal. The price of rent for every plot is listed in the Land Portal and can also be calculated by using the Land Sale Terminal on site, in-world.
Renters have full control of the parcel, but may not sell the land at any time. To reserve a plot now, please contact estate manager: Alterscape Monitor.
