Our regions are designed to provide the most immersive experience, from providing public spaces for entertainment, enforcing themed builds, to convenient commerce districts and terminals on the same continent of regions.
We’re experienced. Our portfolio started in 2006 (in "virtual years" - that's like 30 years ago!) and has steadily grown to over 550,500 m2 of distinguished land in Second Life. We also maintain a strong reputation and maintain large communities such at the Crack Den, Deadend, Shipyard, and Hitokai Island.
We’re all about your experience. Our regions are hosted on Linden Lab’s fastest hardware; each class-5 sim is monitored to ensure a low lag experience.
We’re affordable. When you truly consider the facts – when you add up all of the features – we undeniably offer more value than other estates. Sometimes you have to look beyond the price and consider all things such as quality, reputation, and support. Remember, there is a cost to “cheap land” – don’t let it ruin your experience.
Premium account is not required. Whether you decide to purchase or rent land with us, you do not need a premium account in Second Life. In fact, the $10/month savings is the same amount you’d pay for tier on a parcel with 234 prims on our estate!
Live, work, and play at home. Our regions host some of the most popular communities and role-play environments in Second Life. Just one or two regions away, you can immerse yourself in fantasy, shop in our commercial districts, access common ATM terminals, or simply enjoy the complex designs surrounding your home.

Enhanced privacy and security on Adult rated regions. Allowing only “account verified” avatars, residents on our adult-rated regions are free from common griefers and newbies. Our mature-rated regions are also protected by a fast acting security team and monitor abuse reports.
Avatars are “account verified” if they meet just one of the following criteria:
- Payment Info on File or Payment Info Used status
- Age Verified
- Used PayPal with XStreetSL (now owned by Linden Labs)
